– Deputy Commissioner Issues Orders to All Patwaris in Patiala District

Dr. Preeti Yadav, Deputy Commissioner of Patiala, has issued orders to all patwaris in the district, directing them to be available in their offices from 9 AM to 11 AM daily to address public concerns. Written instructions have been sent to all patwaris posted in the tehsils and sub-tehsils of Patiala district, stating that they must be present at their respective workstations to meet the public, except in cases where they are required for court hearings or other essential official duties.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that if a patwari needs to visit a field location, they should do so only after 11 AM, ensuring that they first address the concerns of the public. This measure aims to prevent unnecessary delays and inconvenience for citizens. Additionally, patwaris who do not have field duties or assignments at higher offices are expected to remain available in their offices even after 11 AM to continue assisting the public.
