Punjab Government Betrays Computer Teachers Once Again

The Punjab government has once again betrayed computer teachers, dashing their hopes and ignoring their long-standing demands. The struggle of computer teachers revolved around the implementation of the 6th Pay Commission and their merging into the education department. However, the government has issued a meager DA (Dearness Allowance) letter, reopening old wounds and showcasing its apathy.

Despite the revised pay scale entitling computer teachers to over 100% pending DA, the government has only released 33%, which has deeply hurt the sentiments of the teaching community. In response, computer teachers across Punjab have rejected the letter issued by the government and are burning copies of it in protest.

The teachers have announced their plan to expose the Punjab government’s failures and deceit by going door-to-door in Delhi, informing citizens about the administration’s incompetence.

Criticism against the Punjab government continues to mount, with claims of its failure on all fronts. The public is reportedly gearing up to deliver a resounding defeat to the Aam Aadmi Party in the upcoming elections.
