Amritsar, 17 January 2025 – Tina and Neelam, two talented athletes from rural backgrounds and students of University College Ghanaur, a constituent college of Punjabi University Patiala, have brought pride to their institution by winning bronze medals at the Judo North Zone All India Inter-University Championship held at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar.
Their exceptional performance has also earned them a place in the prestigious Khelo India Inter-University Games. Despite coming from rural areas, the duo’s dedication, hard work, and determination have paved the way for their success on a national platform.
